Etch / Bricks / Webflow WordPress and Webflow
You get the site in the builder your team knows: Etch or Bricks on WordPress, or Webflow. I take on other builders only to move a site off them.
Live sites and what they changed for the client. Each one opens its story: the starting point, the decision, the result.

For WordPress agencies whose team is fully booked. Design and build come from one person, so you don't have to supply a Figma file. NDA before the briefing, fixed price before the start, in English or German.

One person from design to handover. No passing it on.

A no comes just as fast as a yes.
Four situations in which agencies get in touch. In each one I take on a clearly defined piece and hand it back finished.
I build it in Etch, Bricks or Webflow, true to the design and easy to maintain.
From Figma, a PDF or a screenshot. With Automatic.css and classes your team understands without me.
I design straight away as a real page, then build it.
The design is HTML, not an image: clickable and testable on a phone. Your client drops pins, and the approved version becomes the build.
I get up to speed and see it through.
First an honest audit: what works and what doesn't. Then a fixed price for the rest.
I make it fast and findable.
Load time, technical and local SEO, structured data, Search Console. With a list that you or I work through.
Not my field: large online shops, apps, social media, logos and print.
Nothing home-made that only I understand. Every tool is widely used, documented and explained at handover.

Colours, spacing and fonts are named variables. One change in one place, not in forty blocks.
Your client edits content in fields, not in the layout. Forms and code are named and kept separate, not hidden in the theme.
Titles, descriptions, schema and redirects are in place on launch day. On a relaunch, Search Console shows which old pages bring in visitors, and exactly those get their redirect.
The checks run automatically on the page as it is delivered, not in the builder. Animation stays still for visitors who have turned motion off.
Design rounds with pins right on the page, staging, handover and monitoring in one workflow I built myself. Feedback lands exactly where it's meant, not in an email thread.
The rules are written down here, not “available on request”. Eight commitments, from the first call.
Yours or mine, signed before you send any documents.
If you do, I appear as part of your team, with your email address.
Not through wedodesign either, and not after the project.
Staging and emails run under your name.
On payment, with no licence clauses.
Asana, Jira, Slack, your Git: I work where you work.
No footer credit, no portfolio entry, unless you say yes.
Monday to Friday, even when the answer is no.
Five steps, each with what you give and what you get. Plus what gets tested and who steps in.

Yes. I work under your name, only talk to your client if you want me to, and never poach anyone, not for wedodesign either. I sign the NDA before the briefing.
Etch and Bricks on WordPress, each with Automatic.css as the design system, and Webflow. Plus Meta Box, Fluent Forms, WPCodeBox and SEOPress. I take on other builders only to move a site off them.
Yes. First an honest audit: what's there, what works, what's missing. Then a fixed price for the rest.
Usually in two to three weeks. Tell me your timeframe and you'll get an honest answer within 24 hours, even if it's no.
Fixed price, day rate or retainer, always net, with the contract and invoice from Austria to the agency. For agencies elsewhere in the EU with a VAT ID: reverse charge. Outside the EU: no VAT. In Austria: plus 20 percent VAT.
Both. On site around Salzburg and Bavaria, otherwise remotely, in your tools: Asana, Jira, Slack, your Git. On Central European Time, in English or German.
Your project is in your Git or on your staging from day one, documented. If I'm out for longer, you can carry on straight away yourselves or with someone else: nothing sits only with me. I give four weeks' notice of holidays.
With an honest view of whether and when it fits. Then a 15-minute call, if you like.
